From 1985, we introduced Canon NP-270 copolymer resin for toner which is targeted at the toner of Tianjin Copy Equipment Co., Ltd. In 1989, the product passed the appraisal and the product’s main indexes met the quality standard of products from abroad. Besides, it totally replaced exports and meets the need of resin of this brand in Tianjin and the whole country. In 1992, the product passed the acceptance check of the Torch Program of Tianjin and won the second prize for scientific and technological progress of Tianjin. To assist Shanghai Shele in researching OPC and Se OPC-specific toner copolymer resin, we finished the key scientific problem tackling plan in 1996. Our product was awarded the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Tianjin, and was rated as key new product of China. In 1995, our company finished the Tianjin Youth Fund Project - research on mixing polyethylene reaction for preparation of photocopy toner-specific resin and its performance optimization. We also grasped the effective method for improving resin molecular structure and the degeneration of melt flow, which laid a sound foundation for the research and development of a series of copolymer resin. After 1999, our company researched the Ricoh ET-4000 resin which was rated as key new product of the State. After that, we successively researched Toshiba 1710 resin, Sharp 1116 resin, Canon NP-3050 resin and export resin. In 2002, our two-component electropositive toner resin won the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Tianjin and the second prize for excellent technical innovation project in Tianjin. In 2004, our resin for laser printing and digital copy toner was listed into the technical innovation project for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, which received the financial aid of the State. In 2006, the project passed the acceptance check of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. In 2007, this project won the second prize for the excellent technical innovation project in Tianjin.
